When the Black Walnut Inn approached us about their new Winemaker dinner series, we said yes without hesitation. The Black Walnut Inn sits on top of the Dundee Hills, with a 360 view of world renowned vineyard sites.
The location is absolutely stunning, as well as the architecture of the Inn itself. It's a little piece of Tuscany in the heart of Oregon Wine Country. With the new business takeover, they have made several updates to their program in this last year (2017-2018). From the room décor, to dining experiences, and most recently welcoming Boutique wineries like ours for partnerships with open arms.
Here is a special look at our dinner experience on April 28th. We want to give Chef Chase huge kudos! His wine & food pairings were extremely on point. He was able to take the unique qualities in our de Lancellotti wines and really allow them to shine through with his course choices. No stone was left unturned with the attention to detail. The entire staff, both in the kitchen, and for service were very professional and knew what they were doing. We're excited to hopefully do this again in the near future.
