91 de Lancellotti Family Vineyards Pinot Noir Chehalem Mountains Estate 2005
THE 2008 DE LANCELLOTTI
FAMILY VINEYARD PINOT NOIR

The 2008 de Lancellotti Family Vineyard Pinot Noir is a deep hue of ruby with darker hints of purple. The wine leads off with an amazingly sweet perfume, which the de Lancellotti Vineyard has become known for, that is reminiscent of violet flowers, black cherries, black raspberries, spice-cake and a darker brooding frame of baking spices, tobacco and mushroom which lends intrigue but the wine remains very linear in its fruit focus. The aromas follow-through into the palate which is medium bodied, succulent and sappy with a vibrant intensity of fruit reminiscent of fresh-crushed raspberries and cherries which also, like the aromatics, finishes with a darker brooding finish that showcases the ripe and supple tannins.

Drink now through 2020.
